No Drivers

Strengths: Nice Speed

Weakness: see below

I just got a new computer with windows 7. Unfortunately I am unable to use my 5 year old printer (cost $3000) nor my Epson scanner nor my Niken Coolscan (cost $2000 used) because those companies do not plan to make drivers so they can be used with windows 7. Microsoft Windows 7

Strengths: It works better than Vista

Weakness: It's still Windows and forces you to purchase updated software to run on it.

I was forced to purchase Windows 7 because the Microsoft techs in India could not help me fix Vista. Microsoft is running a real racket. Someday maybe they will wake up and produce a product that will run universally.

UP Grades

Strengths: Poor

Weakness: Won't work on some software

I tried long ago to run a up grade, found it was cheap way to install new software, but paid the price when software would not run, Microsoft said it was Sony's problem an Sony's said it was Microsoft blame, so I learn from this that never ever use a Up Grade of anything, but always go for the Full Version as I had to in the end do this, no one gave me a refund on the Up Grade, an I lost out the...

Finally!

Strengths: Quick, intuitive and really easy to use.

Weakness: Uses a lot of ram, make sure you meet the system requirements before installing.

I have been waiting for a clean version of Windows for long time. This version has everything I need.. Its also really good at managing resources when you play games.

Strengths: Easy to create a home network

Weakness: I don't find anything

Easily create a home network and connect your PCs to a printer with HomeGroup. Make the things you do every day easier with improved desktop navigation. I picked up an copy at www.tveak.com for $181.98.
