Havent used it enough yet to know.I
I havent been doing this computer stuff verry long. When I typed in the product numbers it installed by its self. After the installation I made the recovery discs that it suggested with the new external DVD that I got from you at the same time I bought the windows 7 upgrade. Everything I have done so far has worked out well. However I don't know yet what I have . So far So good.

windows7 install problems
to that person who installed wins7 the complants u have are common with installing any windows.program just to let you know so when ever u install a new windows program make a copy of your all drivers. i.e sound, lan and so on, and it will make your new install less of a hassel.

Biggest mistake ever!
After downloading this software I lost everything! I lost my newly purchased Norton Spyware, I lost some of my drivers, my internet connection. I spent hours on the phone with my internet company trying to get it back, it's just not the program I thought it was. The sad thing is, after you open the package there is no way to get a refund. Don't buy it.
