Excellent product!
I have long been a fan of Total Training and am glad to see I can buy their products through the HP Store. This program has really helped me learn the ins and outs of Windows 7. Now my desktop is set up just the way I wanted it and I kicked in a few unknown features to boot!

I am still trying to get Total Training open and working on my computer. Called Windows support tech and they told me because I didn't purchase the soft ware from them I would have to go back to HP for any assistance?? Windows 7 has been a real challange. The program has been designed with new and outstanding features. The training program has been set up so one may start from an introduction to windows 7, then progresses to the many features in an orderly fashion. It helps.
I ordered this dvd from HP when I bought my notebook from them. It goes beyond the brief and basic explanations of the computer tutorial, the only problem I found was that the trainer, a female, talks too much at times and tends to repeat things over after I had completely understood them, so I found myself a couple of times using the fast forward control.
