Description
OmniForm 5.0 enables you to quickly turn paper forms into digital forms, or to create new digital forms from scratch. OmniForm 5.0 comes with a complete set of pre-designed templates to facilitate the creation of new forms. These forms can be printed and distributed, or they can be sent via e-mail so that recipients can fill them out on their computers. OmniForm 5.0 also comes with a single license for the OmniForm Filler/Data Manager so that the user can expedite the filling out of forms on their own PC. This is a real time-saver for individuals who need to complete forms on a regular basis. The Filler/Data Manager maintains a database of information about the user and automatically fills in information that has been provided on previous forms. In a nutshell, OmniForm 5.0 is the ideal product for individuals who need to create forms, or who receive a large number of paper forms and want to speed up the completion of these forms by turning them into digital forms and filling them out on their PC.

Weakness: My omniform program 3.0 I purchaed years ago from Care Co works great.
The Omniform program does not operate as advertised and I have removed it from my computer and put back in its original cd sleeve and back into the original box. It is taking up space on my shelf and is usless to me. I would like to return it and cancel my order and get a credit for it.
