KPT 5 is a premier collection of plug-in effects and filters for Adobe Photoshop and compatible host applications. It lets you add fantastic textures, vast fractal vistas, complex 3D objects and nearly limitless radical image-altering algorithms to your digital images, both for print applications and the Web. Set your creativity free with effects such as realistic glows, smudges, blurs and distortions. KPT 6 adds plug-ins that let you create materials or surfaces to add to your image. For instance, KPT Gel uses 3D paint tools to synthesize photo-realistic materials. KPT Materializer creates dynamic surface textures using bump maps, scaling, panning, rotating, blurring, and other effects, or it can "bend" an image over the contours of a surface texture. KPT Reaction features organic textures like zebra stripes and coral growth patterns. There are half a dozen other effects including KPT LensFlare, KPT SkyEffects and more. KPT effects brings together nine powerful, Adobe Photoshop-compatible plug-in filters for image transformations and original effects. KPT Fluid treats your entire image as a fluid, allowing you to create and animate a variety of distortions. KPT Hyper Tiling offers complex tiling effects that can be transformed through four-dimensional space. KPT Lightning creates stunningly realistic lightning bolts.
