I PURCHASED THE DELUXE VERSION 5 OF GREETING CARD FACTORY, COULD HARDLY WAIT TO INSTALL IT. WHEN I CAME TO THE CD 3 IT WOULDN'T INSTALL, I PHONED & WAS TOLD TO REBOOT. I DID & THEN AN ERROR APPEARED, POSTER FILE NOT FOUND. I PHONED THE TECH SUPPORT AGAIN & WAS INFORMED I HAD A DEFECTIVE CD INSTALL ROM. I RETURNED THE SOFTWARE & THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER BOX, SAME MANUFACTURER SAME VERSION. HURRIED...
