Weakness: this product sucks will not function properly does not install properly etc.
buy anything but they have absolutely no help on the website which always blames anything but the program. The techsupport has no answers and continually sends you to the next techie that is as confused as the rest

You buy thinking a product works....
Strengths: Excellent Features, but none of them WORK! Winfax from Symantec is trash! Get Fax2Send for Linux.
Weakness: Can't install or uninstall Symantec Trash!
You buy thinking a product works. Symantec should be sued for this. Doesn't install and uninstall, doesn't work. You need Symantec's uninstall sheild wizard, oops, that doesn't work either. If you don't know about computers, get ready to reinstall Windows or your Server. What is Symantec doing? Seems like everything Symantec does, doesn't work. Suggestion: Get Fax2Send! Linux Open Source Product....

STAY AWAY. I SPENT WEEKS WITH...
Strengths: None
Weakness: STAY AWAY FROM ANY VERSION OF WINFAX, EVEN VERSION 10.03. IT DOES NOT INTEGRATE WITH OUTLOOK XP PHONE BOOK AND WILL HANG UP YOUR COMPUTER. I WISH THERE WERE "ZERO" STARS OR "MINUS" STARS TO RATE THIS
STAY AWAY. I SPENT WEEKS WITH SYMANTEC CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND ALL I GOT WAS REPEATED EXCUSED ON WHY IT DIDN'T WORK WITH OUTLOOK XP PHONEBOOK. THEIR WEBSITE FOR MONTHS SAID "HEY WE KNOW ABOUT THIS PROBLEM THAT WE CAUSED BUT WE CAN'T REALLY FIGURE OUT HOW TO HANDLE IT."
Purchase FaxTalk or event HotFax.

I first tried Winfax Basic...
Strengths: No redeeming features
Weakness: Complete waste of time and money
I first tried Winfax Basic (supplied with Norton Systemworks 2002 which is touted as being fully compatible with XP). Would not install. Then I tried this supposedly fully featured program, listed as being fully compatible with XP. Same problem!? I trawled through the internet for help without success. It seems this program is completely unusable. This is the worst Norton product ever - avoid it...

Weakness: Crashes and buggy
To say that Symantec misrepresented itself in saying that WinFax Pro 10.02 is XP compliant is an understatement. My system crashed during installation. That was only the beginning of my problems. I checked their troubleshooting section of the manual to no avail and went through all of the fixes recommended on their site.
