Enjoyable simulation game
Strengths: Unique! Good graphics, easy to learn
Weakness: NA
I found this to be a pretty unique game/simulation. You only need to learn a few things start playing and you can get into detailed scenarios if you like. Not an action game (as you might imagine) but enjoyable nonetheless. My 7 year old likes to play it too.

Great game
Strengths: Graphics, tons of scalability
Weakness: Lots of small glitches and bugs.
This is a great game, but not one full of action. It has great graphics, and the tools provided with the retail version allow anyone with a bit of skill and knowhow to create their own routes and trains. There are many places online where you can download additional things. Some user made routes dont work and make train sim crash, so be careful which ones you get.

Ryans review
My son has really enjoyed playing this game. He loves trains and feels this is complex enough to be real!!! Microsoft did a good job with this product. Would buy it again.

But after playing around with Microsoft's Train Simulator for a few weeks, I finally get what all the fuss is about with the civilian...
