Strengths: Graphics were good by todays standards. Storyline was good, but the levels were boring and redundant.
Weakness: The combat simulations, and levels reminded me of the early arcade game machines that you would pay a quarter or so to play. I didn't like the limits on weapon levels.
I had to force myself to complete this game as it became very redundant with each level increase. The xomorphs just became larger, more numerous, and stronger. It would be a great game for a market composed of 9-13 year old kids. Overall unless your in the age bracket stated here I would not recommend this game to any other age group. Kosh
Before Raven Software came along and debunked the myth that it was impossible to make an exceptional game based off the Star Trek universe, fans of Gene Rodenberry’s ongoing sci-fi epic had been left in the dark, forced to make believe with underwhelming titles such as Away Team, Hidden Evil, and Armada. Luckily, we live in a post-Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force world and our expectations for...

Precisely! It's not often that I feel genuinely compelled to inflict seriously life altering bodily harm on fictional characters, especially those found in Star Trek videogames. I feel such a desire now, however. Mr. Head of Starfleet Academy and the people behind his wretched voice, infuriating dialogue and unfathomably irrational design need to be drug out into a field and made to repeatedly...

In 2000, Raven Software surprised many gamers with Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force, an excellent first-person shooter with a killer single-player adventure and addictive multiplayer, all powered by the cutting-edge Quake 3 engine. In a franchise plagued with disappointing titles like Hidden Evil, Armada, and Away Team, it was great to see someone prove that it was possible to make an outstanding...

Strengths: Excellent graphics, secret levels, many challenges, great gameplay, online multi-play
Weakness: lots of games like this on the market
This has turned out to be a super great game. The single player is really good and so is the online "multi-match". The bad part is that there are some other games like this out there. This is definately a must have for any Trek fan who is a gamer. The tricorder puzzles are really neat and gives the game a little more "zing" and challenge. There are also short, secret levels to unlock which is...
